Sailing south through splendid scenery along 30 miles of history, nature and unique flavors. We set sail in Catania, folkloristic and frenetic like Etna on which it is forged, and arrive in Syracuse, elegant and full of charm.

Galley, moorings, extras, buoy in the marine area

1st DAY
Immediately you can witness a truly unique spectacle: the majesty of Etna seen from the sea with the city of Catania on its slopes.
After about 2 hours of navigation, you arrive at the bay of Castelluccio where you can anchor for a swim and a good lunch prepared with the best local products. Skirting the Aragonese Castle, the coast of Augusta, and the suggestive Santa Croce lighthouse you arrive in the large port of Syracuse, one of the oldest landing places in the Mediterranean where you can witness a spectacular sunset over Ortigia. Mooring at the well-equipped Marina Yachting in Ortigia (light service on the dock, showers), relaxation and aperitif. Dinner in the historic center of Ortigia and overnight stay on the boat.
2nd DAY
Sailing towards the Marine Protected Area of Plemmirio, visit to the Capo Murro di Porco lighthouse.
This marine oasis was created to protect the rich fish fauna and great biodiversity; it is possible to observe groupers, starfish, sea bream and many other forms of life swimming among the seagrass and along the cliff.
Return to the mooring and overnight stay on the boat in Syracuse.
3rd DAY
Possibility of organizing a transfer by land or return by boat to Catania, approximately 4 hours of navigation
